About

Baibars is a Turkish-Japanese joint venture that produces rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Founded in 2021 in the Çukurova region with the aim of meeting the technological needs of Turkish farmers through national resources, Baibars has become a leading player in Türkiye and Europe in the development and production of industrial and agricultural civilian rotary-wing UAVs.

Baibars conducts its operations in accordance with national and international aviation regulations and high standards. Adopting the principle of continuous improvement (Kaizen) in safety and production processes, the company exports its UAV systems to 14 countries across 4 continents, contributing to the widespread use of autonomous aviation technologies in agricultural and industrial operations.

Baibars Mechatronics Aviation Industry Inc. operates with an integrated structure that includes not only the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles but also academy and field operations. Among its subsidiaries, Çukurova Aviation carries out training and academic activities in the field of UAVs, while Kelaynak UAV Operations provides direct field services to farmers through a drone-as-a-service agricultural model.

Baibars embraces the vision of becoming a multinational aviation company that is preferred for its durability and performance, while being environmentally and socially responsible. In line with this vision, the company aims to achieve “zero” carbon emissions in its system operations by 2027 and continues to invest in software, materials, systems, and manufacturing infrastructure to develop the autonomous aviation technologies of the future.
