Meteksan Defence Industry Inc. was established in 2006 under Bilkent Holding with the aim of coordinating the defense-related projects and activities of high-technology companies operating within the Group under a single roof. Since its establishment, the company has become one of Türkiye’s leading defense industry organizations through its original solutions in the field of defense technologies.

The primary objective of Meteksan Defence is to develop and manufacture indigenous, high-technology products and subsystems to meet the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces and security forces, in line with the vision of the Presidency of Defence Industries. The systems and subsystems developed by the company are used in critical mission areas such as command and control, communications, reconnaissance, surveillance, and intelligence, and are integrated into a wide range of platforms, including surface and underwater platforms, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Developing advanced technology products in diverse fields such as radar systems, electronic warfare technologies, communication solutions, training simulators and underwater acoustic systems, Meteksan Defence offers reliable and innovative solutions to its users through its strong engineering infrastructure and high production capability.

Meteksan Defence’s product portfolio includes mission-proven systems such as UAV radars, perimeter surveillance radar families, counter-drone systems, tactical data links, anti-jamming solutions, sonar systems, and advanced training simulators. These systems are not only in active service within Türkiye but are also exported to a growing number of friendly and allied countries across different regions, contributing to international cooperation and defense capability development.
