Founded in 1880 in Elazığ, Sarsılmaz is one of the leading companies of the Turkish defense industry with nearly 150 years of heritage, strong engineering capabilities, and advanced technology infrastructure. Since 1956, the company has operated from Istanbul and today manufactures at its integrated production complex in Düzce, one of Europe’s largest firearms manufacturing facilities. The factory, located in the Düzce Organized Industrial Zone, operates on 120,000 m² with 700 employees in a three-shift production system and utilizes Industry 4.0–compliant processes.
Sarsılmaz develops and produces a wide range of systems, from pistols and machine guns to medium-caliber cannon systems and unmanned robotic platforms. With advanced R&D capabilities, the company provides solutions across multiple calibers ranging from 7.65 mm to 30 mm, positioning itself not only as a manufacturer but also as a comprehensive defense solutions provider.
Today, Sarsılmaz exports to more than 80 countries, and its products are actively used by military and law enforcement agencies worldwide.
