Founded in 2021 in İzmir as a 100% Turkish-owned company, Tulgar Advanced Composites is staffed by an experienced and specialized team with expertise across land, air, and naval platforms. The company also conducts R&D activities to develop high value-added projects.
In addition to composite part and mold manufacturing through wet lay-up, vacuum infusion, and out-of-autoclave prepreg processes, the company also possesses CNC and laser cutting capabilities.
At its manufacturing facility located in Kemalpaşa, İzmir, Tulgar Advanced Composites produces composite materials in full compliance with the production standards applicable to defense, aviation, and maritime platforms.
Throughout its composite manufacturing processes — which constitute a specialized discipline — strict adherence is maintained to process control, environmental condition monitoring, product and raw material traceability, personnel training, and quality standards.
