BOSAN was established in 1996 to meet the growing needs of the defense industry, with a focus on metal surface treatment and industrial painting. Since its foundation, the company has strengthened its reliability and expertise in the sector by providing high-quality coating and painting solutions, particularly those resistant to harsh environmental conditions.

In 2020, BOSAN acquired a 13,500 m² investment area in the ASO 2nd Organized Industrial Zone and installed fully automated metal coating lines within a 5,000 m² facility. This strategic investment significantly enhanced its technological infrastructure, increased production capacity, and elevated its competitive position in the industry.

As of 2025, BOSAN expanded its scope of operations and restructured under the title “Defense and Aviation Inc.” This transformation aims to deliver more effective solutions tailored to the specific needs of the defense and aerospace sectors, enhance domestic and national production capabilities, and achieve a stronger position in the global market.

Today, with a team of 100 experts, BOSAN provides high-quality services in compliance with military standards in the following areas:

* Aluminum conversion coating (Alodine)
* Anodizing (Anodic oxidation) coatings
* Zinc, Zinc-Nickel, Phosphate, and Passivation coatings
* Precious metal coatings (Copper, Nickel, Tin, Silver, Gold)
* Electroless nickel plating
* Wet paint, camouflage paint, electrostatic powder coating, Cerakote coating
* Sandblasting and surface preparation processes

BOSAN holds critical quality and environmental management certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and AS 9100 Rev D. It has achieved a B rating from EYDEP and has adopted lean manufacturing and efficiency practices through the “learn-transform” approach after completing Model Factory training.

The company maintains long-term collaborations with leading industry organizations such as ASELSAN, ROKETSAN, BAYKAR, MKEK, HAVELSAN, and TÜBİTAK, and has been serving as an approved supplier to ROKETSAN for over 15 years.
