SIMULARGE is a technology company specialized in thermal digital twin technologies. Leveraging artificial intelligence and physics-based solver algorithms (CAE), the company provides optimization solutions for high-temperature manufacturing processes such as thermoforming and plastic injection molding. These solutions enhance production efficiency while reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint.
Founded in 2018 by Dr. Büryan Turan and Dr. Erhan Turan, Simularge has grown with the support of institutional investors, led by the Türkiye Development Fund, including SSTEK A.Ş. as one of the prominent backers. The company offers real-time analytics and predictive decision support systems tailored for engineering and manufacturing teams. A prime example of success is the thermoforming digital twin project with Beko, which achieved 50% scrap reduction and €2 million in annual savings.
